Kier rocketed onto the modding scene quite recently compared to some of our old hands and we can barely keep up with his modding exploits. Last year his SilverStone TJ11 build offered some serious water-cooling awesomeness and we've got more of the same this year, with the focus on Cooler Master's equally mega Cosmos II case.
